Nathan and Dana Roady started Green Air in 2007 from their house on Ashland Heights Road, with no employees. The company now runs from Hopson Road with more than 100 people. The idea hasn't changed: start with a good team, take care of them, and they'll take care of the customer. The right way is the only way we know.
